DECONSTRUCTED LEVI’S JEANS WITH EXTRA WAISTBAND AND POCKET LAYER
A displacement of a familiar structure.
These jeans originate from a pair of Levi’s sourced in Denmark, opened and reassembled through deconstruction. The original form is interrupted by the addition of a secondary waistband and an exposed pocket layer.
Raw edges and distressed hems remain visible, emphasizing process over finish. The doubled elements shift proportion and function, creating a layered reading of the garment.
Denim is treated as both surface and structure — worn, altered, and redefined.
Produced as a singular piece.
