Return and Refund Policy
At NOUS Studio, we take great pride in curating limited edition pieces and handcrafted slow fashion items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
14 Day Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date your shipment is delivered to request a return. Requests submitted after this 14 day period unfortunately cannot be accepted.
Eligibility and Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original pristine condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and designer labels must remain fully intact and attached.
- The item must be free from scents, makeup marks, or any visible signs of wear.
Custom Made Orders and Bespoke Items
Because custom size orders and bespoke pieces are specifically handcrafted to individual customer specifications, custom orders are final sale and non refundable unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return process, please contact our team before sending your item back:
- Email us directly at hello@nousstudio.de with your order number and the item you wish to return.
- Our team will review your request and send you instructions on how and where to dispatch your package.
- Items returned back to us without prior return notification cannot be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as NOUS Studio cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.
Refunds and Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our studio, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
